Jack Kasich, owner of the Robert Treat Deli in Westfield, NJ donates bread for urban House Church ministry.

The Robert Treat Deli has been a long term supporter of Anchor of Hope House Church in Westfield, NJ.  The Kasich family and all their employees at Robert Treat have welcomed the ministry of the House Church, even taking Prayer requests from their customers and other business owners in the downtown area, which they then pass on to Anchor of Hope.

The bread received on this day went to support the ministry of our House Churches and our newest outreach effort- House Church food pantries.  We have found that many businesses are open to helping those in need, especially when they have a relationship developed with the helping agency.

Edna McClure, House Church Planter for Anchor of Hope works countless hours each week ensuring that the Prayer requests received are followed up with; a critical part of the Prayer ministry continuum.
