Rodney Otto

After a year of developing relationships with three single moms whose church closed, a Nam vet just out of jail, and an Ethiopian immigrant by informally teaching leadership of a house church, two such plants began this month. How they will grow and mature is uncertain, but one lesson is clear. Do not stop praying for a house church plant and do not give up. What seemed like a fruitless discussion including three or four attempts at the first meetings, two finally happened. Certainly God's timing is not ours. And it must be by the Spirit's power if the work will be the Lord's. The first meetings have been blessed. PTL!
